Svinkløv Badehotel is part of Denmarks cultural history. Nestled between dunes up north on the west coast, it is a very calm and pure place. The interior colour palette is like the soft colours of sand and pebbles from the beach with a washed out blue and white wooden panels for the walls. But if you step down in the souterrain, you will find chef Kenneth Toft Hansen who won the Bocuse D´or in 2019 and his team whirling around in the huge kitchen to create the most creative and delicious food I have seen in a long time!
